Parade Information

The Kiddie Parade provides excitement for the children as they get to be involved in their very own parade. Deck out the bicycles, tricycles, wagons, or any other non-motorized vehicle.

Each child receives a ribbon for participation.  The overall winner will be asked to participate in the Grand Moonlight Parade, which starts at 8:30.

The Kiddie Parade will be held Saturday, May 26th, 2012 at 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm. We will meet at Sinkiuse Square no later than 5:30 to get ready the parade. The parade will end around 6:30 pm back at Sinkiuse Square. The parade route will be begin on Ash St to 4th Ave, then up Dogwood to 3rd Ave and back to Sinkiuse Square for ice cream provided by Schwan’s Ice Cream and announcements of the awards.

Watch our Grand Moonlight Parade from Downtown on Saturday, May 26th, 2012 starting at 8:30 pm. Applications will be accepted through the May 18th, 2012. Applications received after this date, unfortunately, cannot be considered for participation. Notification of acceptance will be sent prior to parade date. As always, we expect a large number of applications, so please don’t delay, send yours in today!
